Once your shipment reaches your local distribution hub, a dispacher will call you at the number you provided us. It's extremely important to call them back if you miss their call as they will not deliver your sauna without speaking with you first and scheduling a date and time. This is a good time to request that the delivery driver contact you 30 minutes prior to arrival so you don't have to wait around. It's also a good time to let them know of any unique delivery requirements; narrow driveway, high grade driveway, apartment complex, condo complex, gate code etc.
During fall, winter and spring months, there can be delays due to weather. Precipitation may not occur in your home state but it may in the route your shipment has to take to deliver it to you. If there's a delay the carrier will generally reach out to you by phone.
