Control Panel Check/Replacement

Control Panel Check/Replacement

Please follow the steps in this lock/unlock video before you begin troubleshooting:

Unplug the sauna before starting this process.

1. Disconnect the controller from the power supply. There are 2-3 total connections to disconnect. The round data cable, the 5-pin plastic wiring harness. In some of our earlier models, the 2-pin connector was included in the data cable, if your sauna has the white wire that comes out of the power supply, it is not necessary to disconnect it.

2. There is a hole that the data cable enters the roof through. There should be an angled screw that holds the cable in place. That screw will need to come out.

3. Using a wedge gently pry the frame until it pops out and remove it.

Once the frame is removed, there will be 4 screws that will need to be removed.  Remove the screws and the controller should easily come out.

To install a new controller, feed the data cable back up through the hole in the roof, and secure the screw back in place. Then secure the control panel by screwing in the 4 screws into each corner and adding the plastic frame back into its original place

Reconnect the data cable and wiring harnesses to the power supply on the roof.  Plug the sauna in and turn on the sauna testing all the features.
