Can I use an Extension Cord to plug in my Sauna?
Yes and no. For each foot you extend the power cord you will lose amperage based on the wire used. Here is a good link to make that calculation. This can effect your saunas ability to achieve peak performance. TIP: If you use an extension cord the minumim guage of wire must be 14awg. For longer runs we recommend going to 10awg or 12 awg. This would be a good time to contact your local electrican for guidence.
