For the bluetooth, please give the sauna a "Hard Reset", which means unplugging your sauna from the wall for 10-15 minutes. When that is done, please go up on the top of the sauna and expose the wiring to the speakers (you will need to unscrew the dust cover). You will see a speaker on each side, with a white wire connecting from the speakers to the power supply in the front. Please make sure that these are connected properly to the power supply and both speakers.
After this is checked, please plug your sauna back into the wall, and try the bluetooth again. If it still is not working, please let me know and we can figure something else out.
